At all times, the LLC must maintain a "known place of business" in the State of Arizona.  The LLC may change its known place of business at any time by filing a Statement of Change with the AZ Corporation Commission.  It is important that the AZ Corporation Commission be informed of the LLC's current known place of business at all times.   If you would like assistance preparing your Statement of Change, we offer this assistance.  Click here for more information.
